Our online store
We engage a third party ecommerce provider for the purpose of processing online payments for purchases made through our online store.

This ecommerce provider may collect your personal information for the purpose of processing payments made by you through our online store.

Personal information collected by our ecommerce provider for this purpose will only be collected directly from you through our online platform and will be managed in accordance with this privacy policy and the privacy policy of the ecommerce provider.

Securing your personal information
We will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

We will only store personal information you provide electronically on our secure servers.

We control access to information and transmission of information through the use of pre-authorised user accounts with restricted access privileges. However, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure and prone to error. We will do our best to protect your personal information. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or security of your personal information; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we will use our best endeavours to use security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Our website uses cookies to support administrative and content management functions and to store viewing preferences for website areas where website content display can be customised. However, no personal information is collected.
When you visit our website, we compile data that records and logs your visit with the following information collected strictly for statistical purposes only.

  • User’s server address.
  • Date and time of the visit to the site.
  • Pages accessed and documents downloaded.
  • Search words used.
  • Previous site visited.
  • Type of browser used.


This information is analysed regularly to determine our website’s usage statistics. No attempt will be made to identify users.

We will provide you with the information you have requested within a reasonable time (unless we are permitted under the Privacy Act to decline to provide you with access to that information) provided that you have provided sufficient proof of identity. In some circumstances, we may require you to pay a reasonable charge for the provision of access. We will notify you if a charge is payable and, where practical, the amount of the charge.

If the information we previously collected from you is out of date or incorrect, you can contact us and we will take reasonable steps to correct it.

Updating this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version on this website.

When this Privacy Policy is significantly amended, we will take steps to notify you of any changes to the email address you have provided us. However, you should check this website occasionally to ensure you are familiar with any changes made to this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Further information/complaints
If you would like any further information or wish to make a complaint, please contact our Privacy Officer.

We will respond to any complaint as soon as possible, and in any event within 10 working days, to let you know who is responsible for managing your complaint. We will try and resolve your complaint within 20 working days but if this is not possible we will let you know. If you think that we have failed to resolve the complaint satisfactorily, we will provide you with information about the further steps you can take.
