Application Guidelines
Getting to my appointment
If my appointment is at an application centre, I understand and agree that I am required to organise transportation of my vehicle to and from the application centre for my appointment, and that courtesy vehicles or reimbursement of taxi or ride shares is not an available service.
Vehicle condition and cleaning fee
If my purchase includes interior or exterior surface coating, I understand and agree that my vehicle must be vacuumed and freshly washed immediately prior to my appointment, and that any scratches, marks or pre-existing imperfections on the vehicle surface must be removed or rectified prior to the appointment.
If your vehicle is not in the required condition you may incur a cleaning fee for your appointment to proceed. If your appointment does not proceed due to the condition of your vehicle a cancellation fee will be charged. Currently the cancellation fee is $95 and the cleaning fee is $150. To avoid any unnecessary fees please contact the concierge team HERE or call 1300 ORIDON to discuss the condition of your vehicle prior to your appointment.
Car seats and personal belongings
I understand and agree that all items including car seats, personal belongings and rubbish must be removed from my vehicle prior to the appointment. Our application centres are not certified to remove or re-install baby seats.
Cancellation fee
I understand and agree that if I fail to attend my appointment, or request to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment, I will be charged a cancellation fee of $95.
